Rachel's Contributions to Project 3

For project 3 I did most of the filming and all of the video editing. I was in charge of the Media Effect Theory page and the Home page on the blog. I was also the team coordinator all semester long and became very proficient as reserving study rooms in the library. I learned a TON over the course of the semester. I'll miss the Dream Team and Jcom 2010!

Nate Sorensen Contributions

My contributions to assignment 3 was to research Daniel Ellsberg. My acting skills were also used for many of the video clips. I was part of the "think tank" involved in movie ideas and voice overs. I will miss the dream team. We had a lot of fun and I feel that we all learned a lot.

Contributions (project 3)

For this project I was in charge of organizing the blog, helping to make it look presentable, and also to assign tab responsibilities to my teammates. I was in charge of covering the topics 'About Pentagon Papers', 'History of Vietnam War', and helped with 'Movie Mishaps'. Other details involving the blog as far as the way it looks, citing our work under 'Working Secret Sources' and coordinating with Rachel throughout was another of my responsibilities.

My teammates thought it would be creative and different if we included our own song in our Tuesday Afternoon Live skit, so I re-wrote the lyrics to a country song and will be performing that it. We filmed the 'Dream Team Conclusion' last night which I took part in helping to create. The Dream Team has stuck together now this whole semester, and I'm happy to say that I enjoyed almost every bit of it! Thanks for all the fun times guys!

Team Meeting Nov 17th

Today during class, the Dream Team took advantage of the empty classroom and filmed a "Kaboom Shredder" infomercial. We are making progress on our video and our blog. Josh is in-charge of the research of the major players (Dan Ellsberg, Pres. Nixon). Natalee is researching the Vietnam War. Dave is researching the court case vs. The New York Times. Nate is researching the New York Times. Rachel is going on the blog maintenance and video editing.
